How much do I love Thee?

Thee = my kids, my husband and our animals - and our dear dear friends!

I am sitting here in Dublin - after a whirlwind stint with Ngari Khangtsen in St. Vith performing a Medicine Buddha Mandala.  And I am reflecting.  How beautiful my kids are, my hubby and all surrounding me. I am eternally thankful to all of you mentioned above in the the word THEE.

I would not be this thankful, I believe, without the touch of Buddha and without the seemingly supernatural guidance of my Buddhist teachers here and elsewhere.
I probably would be just huffin' and puffin' trying to make ends meet.
The extra spice that I get from meeting the likes of Geshe Palden is that feeling of total love for all the good I have received, the total love for Good, the compassion for the Ignorant. Thank you (??) - for whatever Karma I may have acquired - and let me continue on this path...

My children - the pearls of my eyes, the diamonds, the treasures of my being. I do love you like no-one... alway will.  Regardless of death and anything that happens. Believe me - that is eternal.

My hubby - a solid, straightforward trustworthy man - someone who accompanies me and supports me.  Really!  Thru thick and thin.  I cannot believe this is true sometimes.  Without him - no kids.  LOVE.

Our animals - the faithful, loving, sweet companions.  Hope you have enjoyed the time you spent with us.  Love you to bits.

My Buddhist teachers - lay and otherwise, Kagyu, Nyingma and Gelug (the ones I have met) - you are the precious crown of Buddhist Thought and Action. Just pure pure pure love.

OM MANI PEME HUNG!
